Are you ready to make a difference? As a MEP – Quantity Surveyor, you’ll contribute to impactful construction projects by providing expert cost management solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Apply a deep understanding of international quantity surveying measurement standards, including NRM, POMI, and CSI, to produce consistent deliverables.
• Apply knowledge of quantification and costing of construction works using standard methods of measurement.
• Ensure accuracy in cost management delivery, adhering to QA/QC standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain project goals.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and project-specific requirements.
• Prepare construction project cost estimates and budgets.
• Conduct risk and value management assessments to optimize project costs.
• Perform cost control and financial reporting to ensure projects remain within budget.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, and procurement strategies.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Ensure adherence to RICS Ethics, Rules of Conduct, and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying.
• Proficiency in cost management software and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• RICS membership or working towards RICS accreditation.
• Previous experience with cost consultancy firms is preferable.
